We are Luxembourg for Transparency (L4T), a newly established nonprofit organisation (association sans but lucratif - asbl) based in Luxembourg. We operate independently, free from partisan, ideological, or religious influences, and we do not have commercial objectives.
Our mission is driven by a simple belief: a better future is attainable when transparency and integrity are the norm, and corruption and secrecy are the exceptions.
Our goals include:
- Promoting transparency and integrity across Luxembourg's public and private sectors
- Raising awareness about the detrimental effects of corruption through public education, campaigns, publications, and events
- Producing and disseminating research and practical tools that strengthen Luxembourg's efforts in preventing and combating corruption
- Collaborating closely with partners—from civil society and professionals to public institutions—who share our vision of a just, corruption-free world.
L4T aspires to be Luxembourg's leading independent advocate for transparency and integrity, serving as a reliable partner in the fight against transnational corruption and financial crimes.

Luxembourg for Transparency (L4T) was founded on 25 October 2025 and officially registered as a non-profit association (asbl) with the Luxembourg Business Register on 10 November 2025, under the RCS number F15280. L4T is a non-commercial, non-partisan organisation that operates with absolute independence from political, ideological, and religious influences.
